Francesco Castrillo was born in Milan, grew up in Southern Italy and he spent his formative years between Rome and the Italian Alps. He served over 10 years in the Italian Army and trained with Elite Forces. While serving as an officer, he met his wife in France and, after a few years, relocated to Ecuador. There, Francesco worked for various non-profit organizations and in post-secondary education. In 2011 he and his wife moved to Vancouver. Living abroad has made Francesco particularly empathetic with people experiencing dramatic changes in their lives.
When Francesco discovered Life Coaching, he knew it would be the perfect fit for him. Francesco’s family taught him the importance of giving beyond himself, and at a very young age he was aware that he must be in balance with all aspects of his life in order to be truly fulfilled. Being of service to others (in whatever way fits their lifestyle) is an important part of that balance. Francesco decided to follow his passion to help others achieve greatness by becoming a Life Coach.
Francesco devoted himself to personal growth by adopting healthier habits and investing heavily in his own personal development. He quit smoking, incorporated physical exercise into his daily routine and began practicing meditation.
As part of his commitment to giving, he volunteers in his community and participates in Parish initiatives. Participating in these activities has allowed him to combine the spiritual, personal, professional and social spheres of his life and help others on their inner journeys. He enjoys cooking meals to share with his friends and he loves to make his children laugh.
"I am an unstoppable optimist. I believe that everything is possible when you set your mind to it and I take great pride in the work that I do."
